Summary:
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative, Enterprise to join our Sales team in Mexico City.
As a Business Development Representative, Enterprise, you will engage directly with mid-market and large law firms, as well as corporate legal departments, acting as the first point of contact in complex, high-value sales cycles. Your primary focus will be generating qualified pipeline for our legal AI solutions, sparking meaningful conversations with senior stakeholders, uncovering business challenges, and positioning our platform as a strategic solution for modern legal teams.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in consultative, enterprise-oriented sales and is excited by the intersection of law, technology, and AI.
Who you are:
You are a consultative seller who is comfortable engaging senior, sophisticated buyers (Partners, Managing Partners, Heads of Legal, Legal Operations, IT leaders).
You are curious, structured, and persistent, with the ability to build credibility quickly in traditional, relationship-driven environments like law firms.
You enjoy outbound prospecting and take pride in generating high-quality conversations—not just volume.
You are excited by AI and technology and motivated to continuously improve how you sell using modern tools.
What your team does:
Our Business Development team is a critical engine for revenue growth. The team works closely with Enterprise Account Executives to:
Engage new enterprise prospects
Identify complex business problems
Create qualified sales opportunities that directly impact pipeline and revenue
The BDR team is trusted to represent the brand at the earliest stages of the customer journey and plays a key role in shaping enterprise sales strategy.
What you’ll work on:
Build revenue pipeline into enterprise and upper mid-market target accounts within Mexico and LATAM through disciplined, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to align on account strategy, target stakeholders, and set up high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Create awareness of and interest in our legal AI platform with key decision-makers.
Develop a deep understanding of the legal market, including firm structures, practice areas, and buying dynamics.
Identify business pain points and position tailored solutions that generate new opportunities.
Continuously sharpen your sales skills through coaching, training, and feedback loops.
Stay agile and consultative in a fast-evolving AI and legal technology landscape.
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and performance reporting in Sales CRM.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs related to outreach, meetings set, and pipeline creation.
What you may have:
1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or enterprise technology sales.
Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success engaging senior decision-makers in complex, consultative sales cycles.
Strong executive presence and confidence when communicating with sophisticated buyers.
Solid business acumen and the ability to quickly understand complex challenges and map them to solutions.
Competitive mindset paired with intellectual curiosity about law, technology, and AI.
Ability to translate technical or AI-driven concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Experience using modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
Interest in improving your craft by leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow.
A law degree is not required. Familiarity or interest in the legal industry is a strong plus.
