    Your Firm App provides a messaging feature which allows each client and attorney to maintain communication using Clio’s secure messaging platform. Mobile phone numbers will no longer be necessary for Clients to feel the same level of accessibility to their lawyers, and lawyers now have a tool to control the client communication flow.

    • Lawyers may also use Clio’s task feature to create “to-do” lists for clients which are visible to the client on their mobile device. The client can mark each item completed as they accomplish the task.

    • Real-time calendar updates in which clients will have access to their matter calendar and receive real-time syncs to allow calendar updates for those events identified by the attorney for viewing by the client.

    • Mobile document sharing in which clients can upload documents, including photos and PDF documents, through Your Firm App’s document upload and scanning feature. Clients may also easily sign documents on their mobile device with the native document signature feature from Your Firm App.

    • Additionally, clients may view and pay their bills right from the palm of their hand using integrations with Clio and other payment processors, as determined by the attorney.
