Learn how to implement new ideas that stick.
The final session of this series will offer guidance on how to implement new ideas, processes, and technologies while managing change at your firm. This session will focus on strategies specific to solo lawyers and small firms, and will feature lawyers Erin Callahan and Pamela Netterville Grady who will walk you through real life examples of how they’ve successfully implemented new processes at their firms. The framework taught in this session was developed by Clio CEO, Jack Newton, based on feedback from a community of trusted lawyers.
If you are a mid-sized or larger firm, we recommend attending the session on January 27 (learn more here).
