These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 10% discount promotion (“Promotion”) on new Clio Manage annual and monthly subscriptions, offered by Themis Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd Inc., its parent company Themis Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Clio”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which incorporate Clio’s Terms of Service available at clio.com/au/tos and its Privacy Policy available at clio.com/au/privacy, whose defined terms are included here by reference. The Promotion is valid from May 28, 2024 to June 30, 2024 (Promotion Period) or Subscribers purchasing the subscription exclusively after scheduling and attending a live software demonstration Clio’s official landing page available at https://marketing.dev.clio.systems/au/web/eofy/. Subscription purchases made prior to speaking with a Clio sales representative shall not be eligible for this Promotion. This Promotion is only valid for new Subscribers to Clio Services. New Subscribers are defined as first time Subscribers who do not already have an active subscription to any Clio Services, and have not had a Clio Service at any point in time prior to the Promotion. The 10% discount is valid for all valid purchases made during the Promotion Period. This promotional discount expires at the renewal of the annual subscription, no later than June 24, 2025. For monthly subscription purchases, this promotional discount expires at the next monthly renewal purchase occurring on or after June 24, 2025. PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE STACKED OR USED IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PROMOTION, DISCOUNT, OR OFFER BY CLIO. Only Subscribers who reside in Australia and are 18 years of age or older are eligible for this Promotion. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. All applicable local laws and regulations apply. Misrepresentation or abuse will result in disqualification for this Promotion at the sole discretion of Clio. Clio is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of participation in this Promotion, nor inability to claim this promotion due to technical issues on the part of the potential Subscriber. Clio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or to terminate the Promotion without notice, with changes posted on https://marketing.dev.clio.systems/au/web/eofy/. Any term or condition set out in these Terms, to the extent that it conflicts with any local laws or regulation is void and unenforceable to the extent, and only to the extent, to which it is prohibited or restricted. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, THE SUBSCRIBER WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST CLIO, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION. SUBSCRIBER FURTHER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CLIO FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR CLIO’S USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION.
